PREGNANCY: 1st, 2nd & 3rd TRIMESTERS

During the course of your pregnancy, your body and mind will undoubtedly go through a major transformation.  You’ll also be preparing for labor and delivery as well as the inevitable transition from pregnancy to motherhood.  Why not do all you can to feel, move and look strong, confident and empowered while you’re at it?  With me virtually by your side, this will be the focus of your custom-made workouts.  I will ensure that, by baby’s b-day, you’re equipped with pumped up push muscles, strong arms, resilient abs, and a powerful mind-body connection.  Throughout your journey, you’ll not only feel and see an increase in your strength, stability and stamina; you will feel inspired and not intimidated by the changes that you are going through! 

POSTPARTUM: 4TH TRIMESTER & BEYOND

The first few months of motherhood are sometimes made up of more trials then triumphs.  If this rings true for you, you are certainly not alone.  It is a time of transition and can sometimes be a bit of a roller coaster ride for mama, baby and the rest of the family.  I am here to help!   Postpartum personal training sessions with me focus on recovery from labor/delivery and easing into a new (or previous) fitness routine.  They will also reinvigorate your body and reboot your brain!  Your workouts will typically focus on “ab rehab,” increasing strength and stamina, weight loss/gain (depending on your unique circumstances), building lean muscle, stress management and working out the “kinks” of new motherhood (breastfeeding, holding, carrying, lack of sleep, etc.).  Babies are always welcomed during these sessions and can even be brought into the workout with you for a very special bonding experience. 

EMPOWERED MOTHER SESSIONS

Empowered Mother sessions are the ultimate BodyWiseMama experience: self-care coaching meets personal training.  You will embody a positively transformed state of mind and body after an hour with me!  With my guidance, you’ll clear the way and generate the power to move through whatever is blocking you from feeling in charge as a new and expectant mama.  Together, we’ll move towards a shift in perspective, a sharper mind, an improvement of mood, a lifted spirit, and, of course, a stronger body.  In every session, you’ll get the most effective combination of feeling your feelings and working them out.  Many womxn report feeling incredibly realigned and recharged after their first hour with me!  You can book your sessions on an as-needed basis – whenever you feel stagnant, stuck or stressed to the max on your journey of pregnancy and motherhood.
